摘要 用复交粘结剂代替Polidox法中聚丙烯酸钠,对提高型砂的抗吸湿性有一定效果,但仍然存在吸湿问题,尚需探索粘结强度高而吸湿性低的新型粘结剂体系。对于Polidox法的硬化机理和ZnO的作用认为有重新研讨的必要,—COONa—Ca(OH)_2CO_2体系的硬化机理与PVA--Ca(OH)_2--CO_2体系基本上是相同的。 Abstract Sodium polyacrylate in polidox process had been taken place by a complex -crosslinking type binder and greatly reduced the moisture absorbility of the cured sand, but it has a long way to go before this problem can be completely solved, a new binder system of high strength and low moisture uptaking is eager to develop. The hardening mechanism for polidox process and the rules played by ZnO was considered to be anew investigated, because the hardening mechanism of COONa-Ca(OH)2-CO2system is found to be somewhat very similar to the PVA-Ca(OH)2-CO2 system.
