作者采用附加剂(环氧树脂、有机锡类化合物及邻苯二甲酸酯吏)对呋喃系冷固树脂进行改性,提高了树脂砂的常湿及高湿强度,降低了树脂加入量,从而降低了树脂砂发气量及树脂砂成本,改善了劳动条件。
Abstract
The self-curing furan resin was modified with additives such, as epoxy-resin, compound of organotin and phthalic acid ester, so that its strength under conditions of normal and high humidity is increased. Due to decreasing f uran resin level, the production cost and sand gas evolution were reduced, improving the working environment.
