E-Cadherin在子宫颈上皮内瘤变及子宫颈鳞癌中的表达

Expression of E-Cadherin in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical carcinoma

目的 :了解E Cadherin在子宫颈上皮内瘤变及子宫颈鳞癌的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用S P免疫组化方法对 2 0例慢性子宫颈炎 ,4 0例子宫颈上皮内瘤变及 71例浸润性子宫颈鳞癌进行E Cadherin检测。结果 :慢性子宫颈炎、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、浸润性子宫颈鳞癌、癌旁组织E Cadherin的异常表达率分别为 4 0 0 %、2 3 1%、16 7%、6 0 0 %、95 8%及 5 3 8%。子宫颈鳞癌E Cadherin的异常表达率明显高于子宫颈上皮内瘤变及癌旁组织。结论 :CINⅢ、浸润型子宫颈鳞癌E Cadherin表达下调或缺失。

Purpose To study the expression and clinical significance of E Cadherin in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) and cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect E Cadherin expression in 20 cases of chronic cervicitis, 40 CINs and 71 invasive cervical carcinoma. Results Aberrant expression rate of E Cadherin was 40 0%, 23 1%, 16 7%, 60 0%, 95 8% and 53 8% respectively in CINⅠ,CINⅡ, CIN Ⅲ,invasive cervical carcinoma and its adjacent tissue. Aberrant expression rate was significantly higher in CIN Ⅲ and invasive cervical carcinoma. Conclusion Low or loss expression of E Cadherin was observed in CIN Ⅲ and invasive cervical carcinoma.
