云南省卫生人力和床位资源供给与利用研究

Analysis of provision and utilization of health man-power and inpatient beds in yunnan province

文章对云南省及其所属 16个地、州、市 1990— 1999年医生与床位数进行了现状分析 ,结果医生数和床位数总体上呈上升趋势 ,但仍低于全国平均水平 ;在利用方面 ,医生的日均工作量和床位利用率都高于全国平均水平。各地、州、市在医生和床位的供给和利用上有较大差异 。

The article analyzed the status of medical personnel and inpatient beds in Yunnan province and its 16 sub-regions from 1990 to 1999. The results showed that number of doctors and beds were increased as a whole, but lower than average level of nations. In utilization of health resources, the workloads per doctor per day and bed occupancy were higher than average level of nations. There was big difference of provision and utilization of health resources between subregions. The recommendation was that the plan of health resources allocations should be made classifiedly.
