摘要
研究了气化模的选材及成型工艺、制壳材料及制壳工艺、失模工艺,型壳焙烧工艺,型砂震动紧实工艺和负压浇注工艺等.采用该项复合工艺可铸造各种合金的大型、复杂的少无余量精铸件.
Choosing material and pattern making process, ceramic shell material and its production technique, removal of pattern, firing of ceramic shell, compactness of sand through vibration and pouring process under vacuum for evaporative pattern were studied. Using the replicast CS process, large near-net shape precision casting of any alloy can be produced.
