摘要
在研究SG变质剂提高灰铸铁抗热疲劳能力的基础上,对含Na的SG变质剂处理的灰铸铁的热扩散率、导热系数、热膨胀系数和弹性模数进行了测量。用电子探针分析了Na在灰铸铁中的分布。试验结果表明,加入一定量SG变质剂可使灰铸铁的导热系数提高14%;在10~100℃,使热膨胀系数降低10%。
Abstract
Based on research of SG modifier used for improving the heat-resistance fatigue property of grey cast iron, the thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity, thermal expansion and Yang's modulus of grey cast iron treated by SG modifier containing Na element are measured. The distribution of Na element in the grey cast iron modified by SG modifier has been examined using EMS. Experimentis shown that SG modifier was found to increase the thermal conductivity of grey cast iron by 14% and to reduce the thermal expansion of grey cast iron by 10% in the range 10癈 to 100癈 and by 7.8% in the range 10℃ to 20℃.
