A Institutional Analysis of the Abnormality in the Current Stock Market of China

不规范是中国证券市场发展中所存在的最为突出的问题 ,其原因是多方面的、复杂的。作为一种制度创新 ,现代中国证券市场与我国特有的政治体制、经济体制、金融体制、金融调控方式和管理模式之间有着内在的逻辑关系。基于这一认识 ,本文运用制度分析方法 ,对中国证券市场不规范的原因进行了探讨。

Abnormal is one of the most protruding problems existing in the development of the current Chinese stock market. The causes that create this problem are complicated and multiple\|fold. As an institutional innovation, the current Chinese stock market has a logic relation with the unique Chinese political, economic, financial and financial regulation and management system. Based on this understanding, this paper, by means of institutional analysis, inquires the cause that lead to the abnormality in the current Chinese stock market.
