摘要
研究通过电位阶跃技术进行锂离子电池阻抗检测的方法,以快速识别锂离子电池的特征参数。先通过恒电位阶跃获得响应电流信号,再通过傅里叶转换方法,计算传统交流阻抗技术的频率和实部、虚部数据,通过拟合工具进行转换结果的拟合,对比所得阻抗值与传统交流阻抗的阻值。不同于传统的频域测量方法,电位阶跃技术从时域角度对锂离子电池体系阻抗进行测量,0. 1s内可完成测试,与传统交流阻抗技术相比,结果误差小于5%。
The method of impedance detection of Li-ion battery through potential step technique was studied.The method could quickly identify the characteristic parameters of Li-ion battery.It obtained the response current signal through the constant potential step firstly,then calculated the frequency,real part and imaginary part data of the traditional electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)through the Fourier transform method.Through the fitting tool,the conversion result was fitted,the resistance value of the obtained impedance was compared with the resistance value of the traditional EIS.Different from traditional frequency domain measurement method,this method measured the Li-ion battery system impedance from time domain,which could complete the test within 0.1 s,compared with the traditional EIS result,the error was less than 5%.
