摘要
2013年,对于长期发展受限的中国通用航空业来说,可谓好戏连台。在去年11月,中国人民解放军总参谋部和中国民航局联合发布了《通用航空飞行任务审批与管理规定》(下称《规定》)。接着,民航局飞行标准司又连续下发了三个咨询通告,
