新常态视野下成都建设低碳城市的路径研究被引量：2

摘要低碳城市是以低碳经济为发展模式及方向、市民以低碳生活为理念和行为特征、政府公务管理层以低碳社会为建设标本和蓝图的城市。本文分析了新常态下低碳经济与低碳城市建设的重要意义,总结了成都低碳城市建设面临的问题和挑战,结合实际提出了成都建设低碳城市的对策建议。
