服务人员情绪劳动胜任力模型研究

摘要 本文采用行为事件访谈法(BEI)对18名服务业从业人员进行了访谈,通过绩效优秀组与绩效一般组的情绪劳动绩效比较研究,构建了服务人员情绪劳动胜任力模型。研究发现:情绪智力、乐观、热情、移情、自信、自控、尽责、开放、宜人、韧性、表达能力等共12项胜任力构成了服务人员情绪劳动胜任力模型。
