顾客价值提升企业竞争优势的机理及其实现路径

摘要 企业竞争优势一直成为战略管理领域研究的热点问题。企业竞争优势的来源虽然在学术界上提出了各种各样的解释,但由于都存在着某些局限性,其观点长期受到争议。文章从理论上全面分析顾客价值提升企业竞争优势机理,在此基础上,提出了企业以顾客价值获取竞争优势的路径。包括:顾客全面参与、实施顾客关系管理、为不同顾客提供相应的产品或服务、提高产品附加值和对流程进行重新设计。
