一、问题的提出在铸造生产中,优质的铸件离不开优良的铸型(芯)。而优良的铸型(芯)又依赖于性能良好的型(芯)砂。型(芯)砂的性能由造型材料的优劣、砂的配比和混制工艺、环境条件等因索所决定。在原材料一定时,影响型砂性能的主要因素是粘土等附加物加入量和水土比。因此能否有效地避免因型砂不良导致的各种铸造缺陷,关键是在制订出合理的型砂性能指标的基础上,有效地控制好型砂成分。

Theory calculation method of effective content of the additives in mould sand is given. Through long term practice, this method is proved simple and accurate and may be used to product.
