从窗口望出去,河对面是早已声名在外的登昆艳工作室和李·奥贝纳广告的两幢老仓库,继艺术家丁乙等人在苏州河路1131号的工作室被拆除后,苏州河畔几乎一直没有一个大型的当代艺术场所,然而这已经在1月18日那天成为历史:一面当代艺术的"大旗"——苏河现代艺术馆在苏州河畔被重新竖起。
As a ‘flag’ of modem arts,the Creek Art Center was reestablished by Suzhou River.The arts they laud is no long the high brow privilege,but much more creative and approachable,a form created to bring happiness to life.The Creek Art Center focuses on the trends and new theories in the sector of China's modern arts,communicating vigorously with international counterparties.The large exhibition 'Chang'an Stree' attracted the attention of elites from all sectors by its splendid collection of the works by such repetitious artists like LI Luming,DING Yi,CHEN Qiang, ZHANG Enli,and GUO Qingling.
