万转千回相隔处,相逢又是一秋香——记陈香梅与陈佩秋的会见

上海的4月是个多雨而缠绵的季节,这个早晨,照例下过小雨,清爽而宜人。10点整,华亭宾馆的大堂沙发上坐着一位衣着休闲的老人,低调而安静,然一幅墨镜又使她平添了几分神秘,隐约中还透出些许艺术家的气质。是的,她就是享誉画坛的陈佩秋先生。今天,她在静安区政协林瑞安秘书长和家人的陪同下,将在这里会见同样是杰出的女性,活跃于美国政坛四十年的陈香梅女士。虽然彼此都早已知道对方,虽然都和静安区有着千丝万缕的情缘,但今天却是她们的第一次会面,因此,当她们在香梅女士下榻的华丽套房相见握手的一瞬间,恰应了"万转千回相隔处,相逢又是一秋香"。笔者有幸目睹并记录下了她们会谈的点滴。从中我们可以惊喜地发现她们今天的会见有着天然的缘分。

The April in Shanghai is always a rainy and sentimental season.On an ordinary morning,which was fresh and pleasant from a regular drizzling, Ms.Chen Peiqiu,the repetitious artist,accompanied by her family and CPPCC leaders of Jing'an District,was going to meet Ms.Chen Xiangmei,another celebrated woman,who had been active on the American political stage for 40 years.Thought both of them had known each other,and had common affection to Jing'an District-an important context for part of their life,it was the first time that they met.When they held hands at the luxury suit room where Ms.Chen Xiangmei dwelled, they picked up the feeling of familiarity and closeness which derived from their mutual connection with the pastera.
