2006年第三届爵士周在上海完满落下了帷幕,它没有如某个流行歌手开演唱会一样引起强烈反响,只是在某些特定的人群里激起了不小的涟漪,受着特殊的礼遇。在上海,爵士乐有着一批特殊的爱好者,他们在钢筋水泥铸成的大厦里失去了心灵的安静,所以需要有那么一种独特的音乐,用来放慢情感。爵士乐正是为那些散失了“真”的生活态度的人们,寻找精神上和灵魂上的统一。

Jazz is a blossom of some kind,with stunning gloss and infinite brilliance on its petals.When it is peeled slowly,the vogue and exotic atmosphere on the surface is gone.Instead,you find much gentleness and even plaintiveness deep in its heart;and at its core there lies a long,long history. The 2006 Jazz Week has successfully come to its end.It never receive too much attention among the public,as pop concerts usually did, yet it did arise great passion among certain groups,and enjoyed courteous treatment from them.
