串芯立铸不仅在一般的铸造书中不会提及,就是在系统的教科书中也只是几笔带过。因而,使得广大的铸造工艺师没有得到足够的重视和应用。其实,如果把它应用在环类、轮类等铸钢件的生产中,那确是项非常科学的先进的铸造方法。下面结合具体的法兰,走轮和齿轮等零件(见图1、2、3),浅谈其工艺方法和经济效果。串铸可不同砂箱。
