直浇道内浇道浇注系统大孔出流的研究(二)

Investigation of Gating System Consisting of Sprue and Ingate Based on Large Orifice Discharge Theory(Ⅱ)

本文根据大孔出流理论、水模拟试验。给出了直一内二单元浇注系统内浇口出流的实际作用压头和速度的计算公式,并对直浇道的正压充满程度进行了定量分析。

This paper has given mathematical formulas which can be used to calculate actual head on ingate and velocities of gating system consisting of sprue and ingate. The sprue keeps full or not and the fulling extent in pressure or non-pressure can be quantitatively calculated and practically controlled.
