Directionally Solidified High Temperature Alloy Turbine Blades With the Aid of Microcomputer Control

摘要 通过计算机系统对高温合金定向涡轮叶片的凝固过程实现控制,减小生产过程中随机因素波动对叶片生产质量的影响。通过实验模索出了K5和DZ38G两种材料的斯贝发动机涡轮叶片凝固过程归佳抽拉曲线。实验证明,在计算机控制系统和这种条件下,叶片的宏观和微观组织都有明显的改进和提高。 Detrimental effects of random fluctuation in the production on quality of directionaUy solidified high temperature alloy turbine blades are minimized through the solidification process withdrawal by microcomputer system. Optimum parameters during the solidfication have been obtained for manufacturing Bess turbine blades in two kinds of materials: K5 and DZ38G. Sudstantial improvement has been observed in both macrostructure and mircostructure of the blades by the microcomputer control and the application of new production procedure.
