摘要
作者借助于扫描电镜对球墨铸铁缩孔、缩松的形貌特征进行了观察、分析,用电子探针确定缺陷处微区化学成分,并得出结论,因而可更好地分析缺陷产生的原因和采取正确的措施消除缺陷。
The defects of shrinkage cavity and porosity in ductile iron are analysed and observed by scanning electron microscope. The chemical composition within the defect is identificated by microprobe analysis and the results are given. Thus it is possible to annlyse the formation of the defects and to take the proper action to eliminate them.
