国家助学贷款试行两年多来 ,目前还贷状况令人担忧。本文针对国家助学贷款现状 ,分析其环境因素及影响因素 ,提出提高国家助学贷款偿还率途径 ,即加强大学生诚信教育 ,建立个人信用评估制度 ,不断完善配套的法律措施 ,保障国家助学贷款可持续发展。

The project of national student loan has been launched for more than two years, but the situation of loan refunding is not as optimal as we expected. This article mainly aims at this situation, analyses both of environmental influence and other factors, intending to draw out effective policy to increase the proportion of loan refunding, which requires us to make progress on educating the loyalty and credit of the students in the universities, establishes the system of personal credit evaluation, gradually improves correlative national laws and policy, so as to guarantee the continuous developing of the project of national students loan.
