直横内三单元浇注系统大孔出流的研究(三)

Investigation of Trielement Gating System Consisting of Sprue, Runner and Ingate Based on Large Orifice Discharge Theory

本文根据大孔出流理论,水模拟试验,给出了直一横一内三单元浇注系统内浇口出流的实际作用压头和速度的计算公式,可对横浇道充满与充满程度进行定量计算和控制。

Synopsis: This paper has gived mathematical formula which can be used to calculate actual head on ingate and the velocities of trielement gating system consisting of sprue, runner and ingate. Whether the sprue and runner in pres- sure or non-pressure conditions keep full or not and the fulling extent can be quantitatively calculated and practically controlled.
