摘要
文章通过对我国投资体制的历史沿革分析 ,指出了新经济时代投资体制转变的迫切性 。
By analyzing the history of the investment system in China, this paper expounds the urgency to change the investment system in the new economy times. It puts forward directions for investment system selection in new economic times.
