节铝新型复合脱氧剂—铝硅铁

摘要 前言铝在炼钢中作为脱氧剂,长期所占的主导地位近年来不断受到冲击,其主要原因是: 1.铝在钢中过量将引起不良后果,如氮化铝夹杂使钢韧性下降;氧化铝夹杂导致浇注水口结瘤; 2.铝比重小(2.7g/cm^3),化学性质活泼,易浮在钢液面上烧损,据介绍,脱氧用铝约75~80%被空气氧化; Synopsis: Aluminium Besting ferrosilicon is one of compound deoxidants which are recently being developed most rapidly. Its density is about 3.5 g/cm^3. Using Al-Si-Fe to raplace pure aluminium for deoxidation higher re- covery rate of aluminium and lower oxide residue content in the steel will be achieved, the internal and surface quality of the steel castings are raised. the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel are improved and 47.5% alumini- um is saved. So that the economic benefit is obvious. Al-Si-Fe is a kind of deoxidant worth being further broadly applied.
