A Study of the Management of the Development Strategy of Construction Enterprises

建筑企业长期存在的粗放型经济增长方式没有根本得到转变 ,因此 ,文章通过对建筑企业现状研究 ,提出建筑企业发展应实施战略管理 。

The long standing extensive mode of economic increase of the construction enterprises in China has not been changed fundamentally. Therefore, through careful research of the present state of the construction enterprises, this paper puts forth the theory of the management of the development strategy, and it also points out the importance of formulating and implementing the development strategy.
