摘要
一、前言现在呋喃树脂砂大量地用于厚壁铸件的砂型和芯,然而它和液态金属接触时会发生粘结剂的燃烧、分解和产生气体。粘结剂的分解会降低强度和石英砂膨胀结合成为产生常见的脉文状飞刺、冲砂、粘砂等缺陷的原因。为了防止这些缺陷的发生和满足某些特殊要求,需要研制出适应要求的各种涂料。二、呋喃树脂砂铸型产生粘砂缺陷的分析在呋喃树脂砂铸型上产生粘砂缺陷是由于液态金属浸入砂粒间隙而引起的,它和以水玻璃为粘结剂的CO_2砂型或者硅酸二钙自硬砂型产生的烧结型粘砂不同。
In this paper,defects of furan resin sand and the requirements of furan resin sand coating are analysed. Several kinds of coating dressing which are effective in practice were also introduced. In order to prevent the occurence of casting defects which were caused by penetrated C and S in producing some alloy castings with furan resin sand and some special coating dressing are discussed as well. So that advantages that uses of furan resin sand are sxtended and ensured.
