摘要 本文研究了乳胶和水对型壳性能的影响。实验结果证明,乳胶加入硅溶胶后,提高了型壳的湿强度、透气率,降低了型壳的残留强度,实验中找出了乳胶和硅溶胶配比的优化方案,制出了高质量的型壳,并成功地用于太型薄壁型壳的批量生产。 Synopsis: The effects of emulsion and water on the properties of mold shell have been studied in present paper. l^xpcrimcntal results show that the wet strength and air permeability ofmold were improved, and the remains strength were reduced when added the silicasol. The preferred ratio ofcmulsion to silicasol has bean found, and high-quality molds have been made. These molds have been successfully used in batch production of large and thin section Al-alloy investment casting.
