泡沫陶瓷过滤器在球铁流水线生产上应用的探索

摘要 本文探讨了泡沫陶瓷过滤器浇注系统设计的关键问题。此浇注系统应是半封闭式流畅型。设置过滤网的浇道区段中,其截面积扩大比,不得小于3倍。实践证明,按此理论设计的浇注系统在EQ140后钢板弹簧滑板端支架上大量应用时,能使渣孔下降74%,砂眼下降84%,综合废品率下降56%,年经济效益节约14万元。 The article detailly discusses several key problems in the designing of the ceramic form filter gating system. It is determined that the ceramic form filters have to be used in a halfclosed and smooth gating system. In the position where the filter is placed, the enlargement rate of the runner section has to be more than 3. The above design has been applied in the mass production of EQ140 rear steel spring slide end-support castings, the result showed the gating system has great advantages: casting slag inclusion and scab are redcued by 74% and 84% respectively. And the total rejection rate is decreased by 56%.
