摘要 本文总结了三维叶片钛合金叶轮铸型的设计方法,选择了较为合理的浇注系统,生产出了优质的铸件。实践证明,该类叶轮可以用铸造代替焊接来获得,其机加工费用和原材料消耗都大为减少。 In this paper, it were summarized that the design methods of the casting mould of the titanium alloy three-dimensional vane impeller choosing the more rational gating system, and producing the high quality castings. It has been proved in practice that this kind of impellers may be obtained by casting instead of welding, its cost of the machine processing and the consumption of the raw materials have been reduced enormously.
