The Effect of Specific Pressure on the Structure and Properties of Inoculated Cast Iron in Squeeze Casting

实验证明:挤压铸造中的比压增加时,孕育铸铁件的细片状石墨向蠕虫状石墨转化的趋势加大,挤压铸铁件的抗拉强度和延伸率均有较大的提高。

The experimental results showed that in squeeze casting the transformation tendency from fine flake graphite to compacted graphite inereased with the raising of specific pressure. The tensile strength and elongation of squeeze casting are im proved obviously.
