摘要
本文从焦虑的内涵、焦虑与抑郁的关系、青年焦虑的发展及其相关因素和焦虑的研究方法方面对现有的研究情况进行了总结与分析 ,并提出了青年焦虑今后的研究方向 。
This paper has made a summary and analysis of existing research conditions of young anxiety emotion from sides of the definition of anxiety, the relationship of anxiety and depression, developmental feature of young of anxiety, correlation factors of anxiety and research method of anxiety,and put forward the research direction of anxiety. This will promote further study of young anxiety.
