从个体心理学的角度分析网络综合症

ANALYZING THE INTERNET ADDICTION DISEASE FORM THE ANGLE OF INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGY OF ALFRED ADLER

运用个案研究的方法 ,将阿德勒的个体心理学理论用于分析网络综合症患者的人格与行为特征 ,发现网络综合症患者存在类自卑情结 ,他们对网络的依赖是一种畸形的超补偿现象 ,实质是通过网络来发展自己的优越感。由此提出两种治疗方法 ,一是鼓励患者在现实生活中发展优越感 ;二是塑造患者正常的生活格调 。

With the method of case study, we put the theoretics of Individual Psychology which set up by Alfred Adler into the analysis of Internet Addiction Disease, finding that the persons who get the Internet Addiction Disease have the analog of inferiority complex, that their counting on network is an abnormal overcompensation, and that the substance is to develop their own superiority via network. So we put forward two treatment methods: 1.Encourage the IAD patients to develop their superiority in the actuality; 2. Help the IAD shape the natural style of life and develop the social interest.
