Application of the Coal and Clay Slurry to Sand Mixing

所谓湿法加入就是按照一定的比例,把定量的煤粉,粘土与水加入一个封闭的容器内,搅拌均匀,使其呈泥浆状,然后利用潜水泵把煤粉,粘土浆打入混砂机内。这种方法在我们的生产中得到了成功的使用。它不同于将煤粉粘土直接加入混砂机的传统方法,从而克服了以往车间粉尘大,煤粉粘土浪费严重等缺点。而且,型砂和返回砂的物理性能得到了改善,铸件质量也得到了显著提高。

Instead of adding coal and directly into sand mill. the coal and clay slurry composed in a fixed proportion has been used for sand miximg. This method has been successfully used in production and result in eliminating dust of workshop and the wasting of coal and clay powder. The physical properties of molding sand and return sand and casting quality are improved markedly.
