湿砂型中的水分蒸发系数与水分凝聚系数

摘要 通过实测平扳铸件湿砂型的温度场,计算了湿型中的水分蒸发系数和水分凝聚系数,讨论了评价湿型工作特性的无量纲参数K。实验结果表明,湿型中的水分蒸发系数和水分凝聚系数与砂型密度、初始水分含量和铸件一铸型界面平均温度有关。K值越小,湿型工作性能越差,容易引起铸件中的夹砂、结疤和胀大等缺陷。 Based on measured mold temperature field of the plate casting, moisting evaporated and moisture condensed in green sand molds were calculated. A dimensioniess parameter K evaluating the serviceability of green sand mold was discussed. Experimental results show that moisture evaporated and moisture condensed constant are related to bulk density initial moisture content in the green sand mold and mean metal-mold interface temperature. The less the paramerer K the worse is the serviceability of green sand mold which leads to easily the formation of some casting defects such as sand inclusioms, scar and swell.
