摘要
根据国际经验和我国国情、福建省省情 ,提出了福建省建设现代农业应选择跨越式赶超发展战略。它以扩大开放 ,转换机制 ,科教兴农 ,市场化经营 ,整体开发 ,持续发展作为战略指导思想 ,以 2 0 2 0年前先后基本实现农业现代化为战略目标 ,以农业产业结构调整 ,农业产业化 ,科技创新 ,制度创新 ,集约化、信息化和政府主导为战略重点 ,并处理好与经济、社会、环境等方面的关系。
According to international experiences and our national and provincial conditions, to build modern agriculture in Fujian, a leap forward development strategy should be adopted, expanding opening up, mechanism transformation, developing agriculture by relying on science and education, marketized management, overall development and sustainable development should be regarded as strategic principles, realizing agricultural modernization before 2020 should be taken as the strategic goal, structural adjustment of industry, agricultural industrialization, scientific and technological innovation, system innovation, intensive operation, information technology popularization and government guidance should be chosen as strategic important points, meanwhile its relationship to economy, society and environment should be well handled.
