摘要
阐述尊重人的个性发展对人的全面发展的重大影响入手 ,分析了个性发展与创新意识形成的内在联系 ,提出树立新的教育观及创设个性发展新环境的构想。
This paper gives an account of the great influence of respecting individuality development on a person's all round development, analyses the internal relationship between individuality development and fostering of innovative idea, and advances the ideas about establishing a new educational conception and creating a new environment for individuality development.
