摘要
本文在用电石作脱硫剂加多孔塞脱硫试的基础上,改用石灰—萤石复合脱硫剂取得成功,其脱硫率可达到80％以上,使铁水含硫量下降到0.03％以下。该项技术适用于冲天炉铁水脱硫,有较大的技术经济效益。
Based on calcium carbide porous pluy desulfurization test, calcium-oxide and calcium-flouride com- bined desulfurization has been developed, which is suitable for cupola mects. The desulfurization rate can be above. 80% and sulfur content of melts decreases to 0.03% even less, Results show that this improvement has achieved a re- markable economic benefits.
