未成年人SLE42例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 42cases of SLE in children

对42例未成年SLE患者和80例成年患者的临床特点进行了对照研究。结果发现未成年患者的早期临床表现较成年患者更不典型,因而早期易误诊。未成年患者早期肾脏损害的发生率高于成年组,补体C3、C4下降的发生率也明显高于成年组患者,治疗反应较成年患者为差。

A comparative study of systemic lupus erythematosus in42children(CSLE)and80adults(ASLE)was carried out.The results showed that in children the early signs of CSLE were less characteristic than those of ASLE,so it was easily mis-diagnosed.The incidence of early renal involvement was higher in CSLE than in ASLE.The incidence of decrease of com ple-ment C 3 and C 4 was much higher in CSLE than in ASLE.The therapeutic effect was worse in CSLE than in ASLE.
