Evaluation of the effect of Q-switched Nd :YAG dye700nm laser in treatment of 130patients with nevus of Ota

应用调Q-Nd:YAG染料700nm激光治疗太田痣130例,疗效随治疗次数增加而显著,治疗5次以上治愈率75%,显效率100%,随访未发现色素减退,治疗区未见皮肤纹理改变及瘢痕,疗效与其他类型或波长激光相近,具有安全性高,恢复快,痛苦小的优点。

one hundred and thirty patients with nevus of Ota had presented for treatment with Q-switched Nd:YAG dye700nm laser;after5times of treatments,75%were cured and the response rate was up to100%.There was no depigmen-tation,no scarring and no change of skin markings found during the follow-up.Therefore the effect of Q-switched Nd:YAG dye700nm laser in treatment of nevus of Ota is confirmed and close to that treated by other laser such as Q-1064or Q-755,and it has many advan tages of high safe ty,easy recovery and less pain.
