水疱型钙化上皮瘤1例

Calcifying epithelioma with a bulla appearance:a case report

患者为14岁女孩。左上臂中段伸侧一2.0cm×2.5cm半透明、厚壁、紫红色水疱持续3个月,疱内及水疱基底可以扪及一结节。发病前局部有钝物碰撞史,家族无类似病史。皮损组织病理示有嗜碱性细胞和影细胞团块,其中可见钙化区,真皮浅层有淋巴水肿,淋巴管高度扩张。皮损手术切除后随访2年无复发。

A14-year-old girl had a wrinkled,purplish,semitransparent bulla on the left upper arm with a duration of3months,and a nodule underlay the basement of it.There was a history of blunt trauma before the onset of the disease.Histopathological findings included basophilic cells,transitional cells,and'shadow'cells with small calcifying areas.Lym-phoedema and in creased dila tion of lymphotics were other characters of calcifying epithelioma with a bullous appearance in this case.The tu mor was finally re moved with out relapse in a2-year follow-up.
