“鼻炎清胶囊”对变应性鼻炎大鼠药效实验观察

目的 :探索鼻炎清胶囊 (中药复方制剂 )治疗变应性鼻炎的药效。方法 :以卵白蛋白致敏大鼠制做 型变态反应动物模型 ,随机分为 5组 :空白对照组、模型对照组、实验药物大剂量组和小剂量组、阳性对照组。进行致敏豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌过敏收缩试验 (Schultz- Dale反应 )、大鼠被动皮肤过敏实验、鼻粘膜光镜组织学检查。 结果 :鼻炎清胶囊实验大剂量组动物在 2个抗血清稀释度上均能明显抑制蓝斑生成 ;光镜组织学观察结果 ,实验大剂量组抑制鼻粘膜内嗜酸性细胞及嗜中性细胞浸润 ,其程度显著优于模型对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;对组胺引起的豚鼠回肠收缩有明显的抑制作用。 结论 :鼻炎清胶囊能抑制大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应 ,减少鼻粘膜嗜酸细胞及炎细胞渗出 ,明显对抗组胺引起的豚鼠回肠收缩 ,显示对

Objective: Experimental research for medicinal effectiveness of allergic rhinitis treated by Bi Yan Qing capsule (the traditional Chinese medicine agent. TCMA). Methods: Agg albumen sensitized rats were used to perform animal model of type Ⅰ allergic reaction. They were divided into five groups randomly: model contrast group experimental large and small dose contrast groups, positive contrast group and control group. The experiment of cavy hypersensitive disbody ileo smooth muscle contraction; the experiment of rat dermal passive hypersensitivity; endoscopic examination of nasal mucous membrane were performed. Results: Animals treated big dosage of Bi Yan Qing capsule can greatly restrain the engendring of Len spot at two antiserum dilution. Through histologic observation we can see that large dose group could greatly control the permeating of neutral and eosinophiles and function was much better than that of model control group (P<0.01); There was an obvious inhibitory effect on cavy ileum contraction which caused by histamin. Conclusion: large dose of 'Bi yan qing capsule' can obviously restrain the reaction of dermal passive hypersensitivity of mouse; and can reduce the infiltration of inflammatory and eosinophilic cells; Obvious resisting the cavy ileum contraction which caused by histamin. It indicates that this medicine can depress the immediate hypersensitivity (type I) efficiently.
