新疆两地区维、哈、汉族老年人左室肥厚相关因素分析

Study of related factors with the left ventricular hypertrophy of the aged Uigur, Kazakh and Han nationalities in Xinjiang

目的:分析新疆两地区维吾尔、哈萨克、汉族老年人群中与左室肥厚关系最为密切的相关因素。 方法 :对新疆和田、巴里坤地区年龄在 6 5～ 70岁的维吾尔族、哈萨克族、汉族老年人 (老年组 )及和田地区年龄在 90岁以上的维吾尔族老年人 (长寿组 )共 5 2 7例进行随机抽样调查研究。应用多元逐步回归分析法对研究对象的性别、族别、血压、年龄、血糖、血脂进行分析 ,筛选与左室肥厚关系最为密切的参数。结果:同一性别的哈萨克族与汉族 ,维吾尔族与汉族左室肥厚比较有显著性差异。长寿组与老年组左室肥厚比较有显著性差异。结论 :高血压、年龄、性别、血糖。

Objective: To analyze the most close factors that influence the left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH). Methods: The number of Uigur, Kazakh and Han nationalities in Hetian and Balikun, Xinjiang were 527 persons of the aged, that were investigated in random. We analyzed sex, age, nationality, blood pressure, serum GLU and serum lipoid by mutiple stepwise regression analysis to select the most close factors that related with the LVH. Results: There was difference of LVH between Kazakh and Han, Uigur and Han. There was difference of LVH between the old and longevity group. Mutiple stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that blood pressure, age, sex, serum GLU, serum lipoid and nationality were main factors that influence LVH. Conclusion: Hypertension, age, serum GLU, serum lipoid and nationality are significantly associated with the LVH.
