摘要
目的:探讨异时性重复癌的病因、临床特点、治疗及预后。方法 :回顾性分析 9例异时性重复癌的临床资料。 结果:9例病人原发癌与重复癌间隔时间为 6～ 32 7个月 ,平均 78.6个月。随访至 2 0 0 0年 12月 ,生存期为10～ 96个月 ,平均 35 .6个月。 结论:恶性肿瘤病人发生异时性重复癌的机率增加。其病因可能与放疗、化疗及遗传因素有关。如果能正确及时诊断 ,并采取积极治疗 ,可取得较好疗效 ,改善病人的生活质量 ,并有助于延长生存期。
Objective: To study the cause, clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of metachronous multiple cancers. Methods: Nine cases of metachronous multiple cancers were studied retrospectively. Results: in 9 cases, the interval time between first and second tumors was 6~327 months, the survival time was 10~96 months. Conclusion: It suggests that inereasing frequency of second cancer was found in the patients of malignant tumor. The causes may be related to radiation, chemotherapy and heredity. The diagnosis and trentment in time were important to improve the survival time of the patients with metachronous multiple cancer.
