基于WebGIS的大连市饮用水源环境保护信息管理系统

Information Management System of Dalian Drinking Water Source Environmental Protection Based on WebGIS

通过分析大连市城市集中式水源地保护工作情况,提出了基于建成的大连市地理信息公共平台,建立大连市饮用水源环境保护信息管理系统的设计方案。该系统以构建水源地管理基础数据库为基础,实现历年水源地调查结果信息的实时监测、动态管理;将水源地管理中的业务数据借助于地理信息平台展现,为大连市水源环境保护提供科学管理和决策依据。

Through the analysis of the protection of urban centralized water source of Dalian City,this paper puts forward the plan of setting up the information management system of Dalian City drinking water source environmental protection based on built- up Dalian City geographic information management public platform.Based on the construction of fundamental database of water source management,this paper realizes the dynamic monitor and management of the information of water source surveying over the years,displays the operational data of water source management through geographic information platform,and provides the basis of scientific management and decision making of the water source environmental protection of Dalian City.
