摘要
分析研究了哈尔滨市群力新区3维地理信息平台的总体设计,从平台搭建思路、平台建设的技术路线、平台建设原则及标准体系建设、总体框架及平台安全和数据更新及维护方面做出了阐述。
This paper studies the overall design of the 3D geographic information platform of Qunli New District,from the point of view of platform construction plan and technical route,platform construction principle and the construction of standard system,overall framework and platform security,and data update and maintenance.
