浅谈大型水电站投产前期运行值班策略的制定

Discussion on the Strategy of Operational Duty in the Beginning Period of Large-scale Hydropower Plant

本文介绍了当前大型水电站在首台机组投产至全部机组装机完成期间运行值班工作面临的新形势,分析了在此期间制定大型水电站运行值班方式时应考虑的因素,详述了目前水电行业常见的运行值班策略,并对各策略进行了对比分析,提出了评价运行值班方式优劣的方法。以锦屏一级、二级水电站为例,详述了运行值班方式的制定过程及最终值班方式的安排,为大型水电站投产前期值班策略的制定提供了借鉴。

This paper introduced the circumstance of operational duty in the beginning period of large-scale hydropower plant.It illustrated the factors in making the strategy of operational duty in this period,interpretated and comparatively analyzed the common strategies of operational duty in different plants.It proposed the evaluation method for the strategy.At last,it de-scribed the formulation process and the latest strategy of operational duty in Jinping Hydropower Plant,providing a reference thinking for the other plants.
