基于虚拟仪器平台的水电厂大坝施工设备在线监测与预警系统

An online monitoring and early warning system based on virtual instrument platform for large electric construction equipment

摘要 针对现代水电大坝建筑的现场施工设备频繁发生相互碰撞、倒机、碰撞高压电线及重物脱钩等严重事故的问题,本文基于虚拟仪器平台,开发了水电大坝施工设备的防碰撞在线监测与预警系统。首先利用TCP/IP通讯、串口通讯和Data Socket通讯技术实现GPS定位数据、设备运动角度与速度等数据的交换和传输;然后在基站进行数据整合、分析和防碰撞预警计算;最后将所得结果集中反映到基于虚拟仪器平台搭建的人机交互界面上,达到现场施工设备的实时位置监测、施工设备脱落及碰撞预警的目的。该系统实现了水电厂施工设备碰撞干涉事故的有效预防,为现场操作提供了便利,现场运行验证了系统的可行性。 Many accidents such as collision among equipment,pouring machine,colliding with high-voltage line and weight drop frequently occur during on-site construction of hydro-power station dam.To avoid these accidents,an online monitoring and early warning system based on virtual instrument platform for hydro-power station dam construction equipment anti-collision is developed in the present paper.Firstly,TCP/IP communication,serial port communication and Data Socket communication technologies are explored to realize exchanging and transmission of GPS positioning,angel and speed data.Then,the obtained data are synthesized, analyzed and computed in base station.Finally,the results are displayed on the user interface,which is developed on the virtual instrument platform,so as to realize on-site construction equipment position real-time monitoring and weight drop and collision early alert.The system has achieved prevention for hydro-power station construction equipment collision accident and provided convenience for operator.Effectiveness of this system has been proved in the field operation.
