摘要
轴流式水轮机常采用混凝土蜗壳,混凝土蜗壳设计的精确度对水电站的运行及实际工程本身也有着很重要的作用,而工程中常用图解的方法对混凝土蜗壳进行水力设计。基于现有的混凝土蜗壳的水力设计方法,对混凝土蜗壳图解分析法、数学解析法这两种水力设计方法进行阐述,并且对于同一实例,用这两种不同的方法进行计算设计,并对计算设计结果进行比较。结果表明,数学解析法得出的数据更精确,更符合工程实际,为混凝土蜗壳水力设计的学习和工程设计提供参考。
Concrete volute is often applied with Kaplan turbine.Accuracy of concrete volute design plays an important role in operation of hydropower and project itself.The graphical methods are commonly used in engineering for hydraulic design of concrete volute.Based on the existing hydraulic design methods of concrete volute,this paper describes the two hydraulic design methods-the graphical analytical method and mathematical analytical method.Based on the same example,this paper compares the design results and calculation results by using two different methods to calculate and design.The results show that we can get more accurate data with mathematical analytical method,which is more fit to practical engineering,and provides reference for engineering design and study on hydraulic design of concrete spiral case study.
