摘要
常规立式水轮发电机组轴承在运行时容易出现油雾外溢的问题,该问题对很多水电站都曾造成过困扰。本文对油雾产生的原因进行了分析,介绍了多种防油雾结构并指明其优缺点,指出了油雾治理的难点和常见误区,为立式水轮发电机轴承油雾的治理提供了借鉴。
Vertical hydro-generator bearings usualy have the problem of oil vapor-overflowing, this problem made a lot of troubles for many hydro-power stations.This paper analysis the reason of oil vapor-generating,introduces different kinds of sealing structure and points out the merits and demerits of it, point out the difficulty and misunderstanding of oil vapor-overfl owing treatment, provide a reference for vapor-overfl owing treatment.
