摘要 琅琊山电厂发电电动机为立轴、半伞式、三相、50Hz、同步发电电动机,在机坑内部装有8台冷却器,冷却方式为自循环空冷,通过循环冷却水带走机组运行时产生的热量,从而达到降温的目的。由于机组特有的冷却方式,使得发电电动机机坑内部布置较多的冷却水管路,并安装了大量测量冷却水压力和流量的表计。因发电电动机机坑属重要工作区域,机组运行时非紧急情况不允许工作人员进入,因此当机组冷却水管路漏水或压力、流量等表计破裂时,将有压力水流向或喷到设备上,维护人员不能及时发现进行处理,当冷却水喷到定子线棒、转子绕组等其他重要电气设备时,为机组稳定运行带来安全隐患,由此突显出机坑漏水检测自动化技术的必要性和重要性。 Langya Shan power plant generator motor is vertical, semi umbrella type, three-phase, 50 Hz, synchronous generator motor. In the machine pit with 8 coolers, cooling method for self circulation air cooling, through the circulating cooling water to take away the heat generated by the operation of the unit, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling. Because of the special cooling method, the cooling water pipe is arranged in the pit of the generator motor, and a large number of meter measuring cooling water pressure and flow are installed. As a result of power generation machine pit is an important work area, the non emergency situation does not allow the staff to enter, so when the cooling water pipe leakage or pressure, flow meter, will have the pressure water flow to or spray equipment, maintenance personnel can not be found in time, when the cooling water spray to the stator bar, rotor winding and other important electrical equipment, for the unit stable operation brings security risks, which highlights the necessity and importance of the machine pit leakage detection.
